UKWELI JUU YA KUBEMENDWA KWA MTOTO

Kama tulivyoona, kufanya mapenzi hakusababishi mtoto kubemendwa. afya ya mtoto inaweza kuzorota kutokana na sababu mbalimbali zikiwemo;

Kukosa maziwa ya mama ya kutosha
Mtoto kushindwa kunyonya vizuri

HERE IS WHY YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO STOP WEARING SHOES IN YOUR HOME

Most health conscious people in the world today realize that living in a bubble of Lysol sprayed ultra-cleanliness isn’t actually beneficial for one’s immune system. After all, your immune system is designed to become stronger from a reasonable amount of exposure to various germs including bacteria. However, like almost everything, balance is the key and there are certain common germs we can easily minimize our exposure to.
Recent Study Reveals A Startling Statistic

A new study from of the University of Houston revealed that 39 percent of sampled shoe soles were contaminated with the bacterium Clostridium difficile (C. diff). It is generally considered a public health threat due to its resistance to a number of conventional antibiotics. C. diff infections can give you severe diarrhea that may lead to colon inflammation and more serious health issues.

“Shoes are contaminated from diverse sources, and we are regularly contaminating our doorsteps by shoes,” says study author M. Jahangir Alam, Ph.D.
Don’t Panic

This shouldn’t be reason to panic as some mainstream media channels may subliminally encourage you to do and it shouldn’t even be considered a public health threat. A better description would be an example of the paradox that is current-day allopathic medicine, especially pharmaceutical antibiotics. If you’re a frequent reader here you may already know that there are several natural alternatives to Big Pharma’s antibiotics that have stood the test of time.

Even if there are ways to treat bacterial infections naturally and effectively, doesn’t it make more sense to take the simple precaution of leaving your shoes at the door like most cultures around the world do?
Moderation is Key

We don’t want to overuse any type of antibiotic, natural or not. It should be treated as a last resort after moderate sanitary living conditions. And remember, that if you do use a powerful antibiotic such as colloidal silver that you should replenish your beneficial gut bacteria with probiotics about an hour afterwards. Antibiotics don’t discriminate. Think of it as nuking your entire system of both good and bad bacteria. You need to replenish the good stuff with probiotics from fermented foods and or capsules to help your immune system regain control.
What Else Are Your Shoes Hiding?

C. diff is just one example of a bacterium that you don’t want to track around your house, especially if you have kids playing on the floor. Most public restroom floors contain about 2 million bacteria per square inch (the average toilet seat only has about 50 per square inch). But if you wouldn’t want your kid or yourself laying on a pubic bathroom floor, why would you want to track that stuff into your house? Besides, shouldn’t your home be your sanctuary away from the outside world?

Wi-Fi: A Silent Killer That Kills Us Slowly

Almost everyone had Wi-Fi in the house due to its convenience. However, there have been some safety concerns and the conclusion it that Wi-Fi can be detrimental to the overall health, especially in children. So, Wi-Fi has a negative effect on various things, from brain health to sleep quality.
Potential Dangers of Wi-Fi
Damages Childhood Development

The non-thermal radio frequency radiation from Wi-Fi can disrupt normal cellular development, especially fetal development. This radiation affects growing tissues, such as in children and youth. Consequently, they would be more susceptible than average to the described effects and are at greater risk of developmental issues.
Contributes to the Development of Insomnia

Wi-Fi has also a great effect on sleep. If you feel like you cannot fall asleep, have an irregular sleeping pattern, it may be due to the low-frequency modulation from cell phones and Wi-Fi. People who are exposed to electromagnetic radiation have a significantly more difficult time falling asleep. And we all know that sleep deprivation can be harmful to the health.
Agitates Brain Function

Wi-Fi affects the concentration and the brain function. So, the brain activity is reduced, and as a result, you may experience trouble concentrating or have memory loss.
Neutralizes Sperm

Wi-Fi is another reason which threats man’s virility. Hence, exposure to Wi-Fi frequencies reduce sperm movement and cause DNA fragmentation. Moreover, it may impact fertility or increase the risk of abnormal pregnancy.
Causes Cardiac Stress

Many people experience a real physical response to electromagnetic frequencies, including increased heart rate. Therefore, Wi-Fi increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Increases the Risk of Cancer

The exposure to electromagnetic radiation increases the risk of tumor development.
Wi-Fi Radiation – How To Protect Yourself

Fortunately, there are ways you can protect yourself from the dangers, including:
Avoid placing a wireless router in your kitchen or bedroom.
Do not keep the phone in your pocket.
Use wired phones when at home, to reduce electromagnetic radiation.
If you’re pregnant, don’t keep the phone close to the belly.
Make sure you keep your phone at the other end of the room, or on the seat of the car.
Use texting more than talking.
Do not use wireless baby monitors, as they all operate on microwave frequency.
Disconnect all Wi-Fi devices before going to sleep.

FAHAMU MADHARA YA CHIPSI

Related image

DO YOU KNOW DANGEROUS RICE? Read this

Image result for READ THIS BEFORE EATING RICE

Rice is a staple food in many cultures, but are certain types of rice dangerous to human health?

While fears about lead in rice are based in research, researchers who originally presented the study that found high levels of heavy metal in imported rice are realizing that their results may have been skewed by faulty equipment.

Tsanangurayi Tongesayi, a PHD of Monmouth University in New Jersey, first presented his alarming findings at the American Chemical Society’s annual meeting in March 2013. He conducted tests on rice imported from Taiwan, China, the Czech Republic, Bhutan, Italy, India, and Thailand, and revealed that the grains of rice could be contaminated with 6 to 12 parts per million lead. That is nearly 10 times the amount of lead that is considered safe by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Yet, when he replicated those findings in order to get the study published in the Journal of Environmental Science and Health, the levels were less than 1 part per million which was less lower than his previous findings.

Tongesai had also sent the original testing equipment back to the manufacturer and the company had reported that it had been miscalibrated.

The authors of the study are still trying to understand the lead content in rice and are using other methods to analyze the amount of lead these grains contain.

Though the amount of lead in rice is still questionable, detectable levels of the carcinogen arsenic has been found in every one of the 60 rice products tested.

Why would arsenic be found in rice? Arsenic can naturally occur in water, soil, and rocks, but its levels may be higher in some areas than others. It can readily enter the food chain and may accumulate in significant amounts in both animals. When eaten, this can have an effect on human health.

Arsenic is the primary reason to limit your consumption of rice because it is extremely detrimental to human health.

If you still love rice and want to be healthy in your consumption…

Transition into eating wild rice which has much lower levels of arsenic than regular rice.

Eat rice grown in California because arsenic levels are higher in rice that is grown in areas like Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas and much lower in rice that is grown in the west.

Substitute rice for grains like quinoa, buckwheat, millet, and amaranth.
