No, we don’t have all the answers to the countless enigmas that have baffled experts for countless decades, but we do have what many consider ‘evidence’ that human origins and our history are anything but complete. Listed here are just some of the many discoveries which push our understanding of human origins, ancient civilizations and life on Earth to the limit. Maybe it’s time for a much-needed update, that explains how many of these discoveries are possible.




It’s as if there is a massive cover-up in place that prevents mainstream experts to investigate certain discoveries more profoundly.

The truth is that mainstream sciences have failed to address and explains countless discoveries that have been made on Earth in the past.

Each discovery—when we speak about ancient human remains—seems to push human origins back more and more each time.

Not long ago, scientists found evidence that a previously unknown, long lost human species lived on Earth—and interbred with humans thousands of years ago. The researcher presented in Molecular Biology and Evolution has uncovered a controversial find that changes what we have been told about our ancestors.

However, that’s just one of the many recent discoveries that have pushed the limits of Human origins to a point where we need to rewrite much of what we thought about our ancestors.

In Australia experts found how humans first settled in Australia around 65,000 years ago, effectively rewriting history books. This discovery completely smashes previous early estimates which put human occupation in Australia around 45,000 years ago.

But there’s more.

If we take a quick trip to the African continent, we will find traces of 3.6 million-year-old ancient human footprints.

In 2016, scientists found 13 footprints which according to analysis date back a staggering 3.6 million years ago.

Discovered in modern-day Tanzania, the ancient human footprints were preserved thanks, to a region which at that time was covered in wet volcanic ash, and our ancestors walked across the area millions of years ago.

From Africa, we wander off to Siberia where archaeologists found a tooth of a young girl who lived there some 128,000 years ago.

What is fascinating about this discovery is that it’s hailed as one of the oldest known human species recovered in Central Asia and is believed to be at least 50,000 and 100,00 years older than the first known Denisovan fossil. Stunning right? But as you probably know, there’s much more.

A thigh bone discovered around 80 years ago was recently put to a series of tests which have shown how the 124,000-year-old Neanderthal fossil—excavated in Germany from the Hohlenstein-Stadel Cave—contains MODERN DNA. Scientists believe that this proves how the ‘out of Africa’ migration occurred much sooner than experts thought—around 270,000 years ago, which means that we need to rewrite—once again—much of what we thought we knew about mankind.

Another mind-bending discovery was made in Morocco when experts recovered 300,000-year-old bones that shed light on the evolution of Homo sapiens, and show how our species evolved much earlier—at least some 100,000 years earlier—than previously believed, effectively rewriting the history of mankind again.

Then, we also find how experts have shown that Europe was the birthplace of Mankind and not Africa as believed for decades.

Researchers have found a 7.2 million-year-old fossil which proves how modern man originated in the Mediterranean and not in Africa.

But let’s take a pause from Human origins and take a look at COUNTLESS structures found across the globe, which completely challenge our understanding of ancient civilizations and their technological capabilities thousands of years ago.

First, we take a look at the Great Pyramid of Giza and the ancient Egyptian civilization.

The Great Pyramid of Giza has remained an enigma for experts who have studied the monument for over a hundred years. No one knows for sure how it was built nor who exactly built it. Many points towards Khufu as being its builder but experts cannot seem to fully agree.

Then there’s the incredible precision embedded into the structure, it’s the most accurately aligned Pyramid in existence and faces true north with only 3/60th of a degree of error. It also happens to be located at the Center of Land Mass, and it’s the only known eight-sided Pyramid in Egypt.

Moving on from the Pyramid we take a look at the capabilities of the ancient Egyptians and whether they were far more advanced than what we credit them for today.

Ancient Egyptian mummies have shown to contain traces of tobacco and cocaine—plants which at that time were only found to grow in the Americas. So how did they end up in Egypt? One explanation is that the ancient Egyptian civilization was capable of transoceanic voyages thousands of years ago.

We also have the Gosford Glyphs in Australia which are basically Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs inscribed in stone at the Brisbane Water National Park, Kariong. It is believed that the 250 stone carvings have been part of the local folklore of the area for over a century, meaning that it’s not something that has been discovered recently. The Gosford Glyphs are a very controversial subject, and many modern Egyptologists have categorized them as an elaborate hoax, mostly due to the fact that they are well… Located in Australia.

But we also seem to have “tools” that date back to a time when there should not have been anyone on Earth according to mainstream scholars.

One such example is a 400 million-year-old hammer discovered in the city of London, Texas, USA, in 1934. It is believed that the head of the hammer was built with an iron purity only achievable with modern-day technology. Tests have shown how the head of the controversial hammer is made out of 97 pure iron, 2 percent chlorine, and 1 percent sulfur. Can’t be real, can it?

In china, we have more curious discoveries. The 150,000-year-old Baigong Pipes are considered by many as evidence of a technologically advanced civilization that existed in the region hundreds of thousands of years ago.

Experts indicate how 8 percent of the material in the pipes could not be identified. The pipes became popular when in 2007, the largest state run newspaper in China published an article about them.

But there is more controversy out there. Let’s take a look at the Ancient Sumerian King list which states how “…In 5 cities 8 kings; they ruled for 241,200 years. Then the flood swept over…” But… how on Earth can 8 kings live and rule for 241,200 years? Were they immortal? Alien? Read more about it here.

We also have the Megalith of Al-Naslaa which is a massive rock, split in half with laser like precision standing in the middle of the desert. This incredible rock is located at the Tamya Oasis in Saudi Arabia. The two stones split in half have created confusion among experts ever since their discovery. Some say it was naturally created, while others maintain how advanced technology was used to split the rocks with such precision.

And as we are covering such controversial sites we cannot leave out Puma Punku.

Puma Punku is an ancient archaeological site located 45 miles west of La Paz, hidden in deep the Andean mountains. This ancient site features some of the largest—intricately carved stones in the Americas.

According to analysis, one of the largest blocks of stone found at Puma Punku is 7.81 meters long, 5.17 meters wide, averages 1.07 meters thick It is estimated to weigh around 131 metric tons. How on Earth did the ancients transport this stone?

But if the size of the stones at Puma Punku doesn’t make you scratch your head, the precision cuts, and smooth surfaces will certainly do. Not even a sheet of paper can fit between some of the thousand-year-old stones found at Puma Punku.

I’m trying to make a point here, the reason why I will take you now to Ollantaytambo, another ancient archaeological site that is absolutely stunning. Located at an altitude of 3,000 meters, the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo is located around 70 kilometers from Cusco.


Ollantaytambo: The temple of the Sun. Just how did ancient mankind achieve this? In this image, we have the six red-granite monoliths that were to be part of an unfinished circular wall.
The monoliths are separated by “spacer rocks” which prevents them from collapsing during seismic events.

Ollantatytambo—just as Puma Punku—features jaw-dropping, massive stones.

Many of the stones at Ollantaytambo weigh more than 70 tons, and they too were quarried from the side of a mountain, dozens of kilometers away. One of the most curious monuments at Ollantaytambo is the six supermassive monoliths which were put together in such a way that not a single piece of paper can fit between them.

Interesting right? But there are countless other archaeological sites worth mentioning.

The Cochno stone, discovered in 1887 is a 5,000-year-old slab which features around 90 intricately carved spirals and indentions that according to many represent a Cosmic Map.

As you can see, countless discoveries made around the globe seem to push our knowledge of the human race, our origins and ancient civilizations to the limit, and maybe it’s time for mainstream scholars to rewrite our history books, and publish a much-needed update about the human race.

Google is Quietly Recording Everything You Say — Here’s How to Hear It, Delete It, and Stop It

Thanks to a function of their search software, Google could have years worth of your conversations recorded, and you can hear it for yourself. Your cringe-worthy history can be heard and viewed along with a list of all your searches, at your personal Google history page.

The feature was built into Google’s search function as a means of delivering accurate search results. However, the sheer accuracy and amount of data Google stores is chilling.

The good news is that you can turn it off and delete it, and at the end of this article, we will show you how.

The recordings can function as a kind of diary, reminding you of the various places and situations that you and your phone have been in. But it’s also a reminder of just how much information is collected about you, and how intimate that information can be.

You’ll see more if you’ve an Android phone, which can be activated at any time just by saying “OK, Google”. But you may well also have recordings on there whatever devices you’ve interacted with Google using.
However, even if you don’t have an Android phone and conduct Google searches on iDevices, Google is still listening.
When visiting your personal history page that the web giant keeps on you, it will show you everywhere Google has a record of you being on the internet.
Of course, Google claims that this information is never personally used against you and is done solely for the purpose of enlightening your experience on the web. However, imagine the ominous implications if this information was being used against you.
Google now processes over 40,000 search queries every second on average, which translates to over 3.5 billion searches per day and 1.2 trillion searches per year worldwide.
The data from these searches is then stored on each individual who conducts them. Using this data or steering results in a particular direction, the internet behemoth could effectively influence the entire world. Aside from influence, Google could predict the future based on trends.

Much of this search history is tied location data retrieved from the device being used to conduct the query. So, not only does the search engine have information on what your interests are, it has you specific interests based on where you are at any given moment.

Google’s motto of Don’t Be Evil now seems like less like a request for its users and more like a way of keeping themselves in check.

Now for the good news — you can turn all of this off.

You can start this eye-opening journey by heading to Google’s history page and looking at the long list of recordings. The company has a specific audio page as well as their record of where you’ve been on the internet.

If you’ve never disabled the feature, you will see a list of audio recordings, even some done outside of the Google app, as well as a transcript of the audio Google has converted to text.

What we recommend, after you further panic by listening to or scrolling through Google’s creepy recordings of your search history, is to delete them all and disable the functions.

To delete particular files, you can click the check box on the left and then move back to the top of the page and select “delete”. To get rid of everything, you can press the “More” button, select “Delete options” and then “Advanced” and click through.

The easiest way to stop Google recording everything is to turn off the virtual assistant and never to use voice search. But that solution also gets at the central problem of much privacy and data use today – doing so cuts off one of the most useful things about having an Android phone or using Google search.

Putin: The West is Controlled by Satanic Pedophiles

Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken out against the epidemic of pedophile networks that have taken over the United States, UK, and other Western nations.

Despite his recent successful unity with President Trump, he remains firm on his original stance that culture in the West is being manipulated by “Satanic pedophiles”.

Prior to his recent meeting with Donald Trump at this years G20 Summit, Putin issued a warning that if he didn’t expose the Elite pedophile networks, then he would “begin naming names”.


Although the historic meeting was regarded by both parties as a success, with promising resolutions on the Syrian conflict and hacking allegations, Mr. Putin’s position on the matter of child-abusing Elites remains the same, saying:
“Europe and the West thrives on a culture of pedophilia and Satanism”


Looking forward following his meeting with Mr. Trump though, Putin said they had set the scene for a new era of cooperation describing their talk as a “breakthrough” and a “huge step forward” in the fight against the current Satanic pedophile world order.


President Putin has previous highlighted Satanism and pedophilia as one of the main challenges facing contemporary Russia.In a display of candor at the Valdai International Discussion Club, Putin described the “normalization of pedophilia” as a clear sign of “moral degradation creeping through Europe and the West”.


Putin observed that “supporters of an extreme, Western-stylee liberalism” were overlooking the fact that military-political problems and general social conditions are worsening, with much of the world forgetting the value of basic human decency.




Focusing on the challenges faced by Russia in an international context on both foreign policy and moral flavor, Putin alluded to Satanism which he has known for a long time to be responsible for rotting the fabric of America at the core:




“We see many of the Euro-Atlantic countries are actually rejecting their roots, including the Christian values that constitute the basis of Western civilization.




They are denying moral principles and all traditional identities: national, cultural, religious and even sexual.




They are implementing policies that equate large families with same-sex partnerships, belief in God with the belief in Satan.”

GFM reports: This is an astonishing comment coming from a world leader when Westerners and Europeans are accustomed to a combination of mere propaganda, rosy political rhetoric, and stock “manager speak” which typically reveals nothing (and obscures reality by design).

Putin wasn’t done though, adding:

“The excesses of political correctness have reached the point where people are seriously talking about registering political parties whose aim is to promote pedophilia.”

Another bombshell that should reverberate in the numbed minds of “progressive” Europeans and fluoridated Westerners.

How many other world leaders have spoken out about the insidious and increasingly widespread normalization and promotion of pedophilia?

Did Obama order mass pedophile arrests? Did either Clinton? Did either of the Bushs do or say anything meaningful about the pedophilia epidemic? (No. Have you considered that they may be too heavily invested in keeping it quiet?)

Doubtless that Putin would applaud the efforts of President Trump in organizing for the arrest of some 1,500 pedophiles on American soil within a matter of weeks of arriving in the Whitehouse.

Where were the “progressives” and “liberals” when that went down? Still crying about Hillary?

Holidays are abolished or even called something different; their essence is hidden away, as is their moral foundation. And people are aggressively trying to export this model all over the world.

I am convinced that this opens a direct path to degradation and primitivism, resulting in a profound demographic and moral crisis.”The “Russian bear” explicitly criticized contemporary forms of “multiculturalism,” calling it “in many respects a transplanted, artificial model…based on paying for the colonial past.”

It is not a well known fact at all that the current contrived and forced brand of “multiculturalism” so many of us have come to know, is part of the Zionist design for achieving full spectrum global domination (in this case through deliberately subverting a nation’s cultural integrity and identity – multiculturalism as a sort of Trojan horse).

Not least of all in Putin’s speech was a broad allusion to and scathing critique of the New World Order a.k.a. One World Government (Zio-globalist) agenda, which amounts to global slavery, as Putin himself explains:

“We see attempts to somehow revive a standardised model of a unipolar world and to blur the institutions of international law and national sovereignty.

Such a unipolar, standardised world does not require sovereign states; it requires vassals.

In a historical sense this amounts to a rejection of one’s own identity, of the God-given diversity of the world.

“It is evident that with Obama’s exit from the Oval Office and Trump’s entrance, Russia and America have more in common now than recent memory attains.

For one thing, we could never have expected such overt mutual (US-Russian) opposition to the entrenched pedophile networks operating throughout Western politics and societies in general.

Perhaps we will see the “elite” network of pedophiles and Satanists get their comeuppance in this lifetime after all.

EXPERT SAYS OUR ANCESTORS WERE ALIENS BROUGHT TO EARTH

What if Humans are the aliens we’ve been looking for all along? According to experts, humans were most likely crossbred with another species, perhaps from the star system Alpha Centauri –which is one of the closest solar systems to Earth—in the distant past, giving birth to modern humans.

Unfortunately, as an American, you may well know that much of what is sold in our supermarkets is unhealthy slop peddled by big agrochemical industrial giants. What you may not know is that some of it is outright banned in other countries.

Let’s look at ten of the most commonly sold American foods banned elsewhere.

1. Arsenic-Laced Chicken

Arsenic-based drugs are approved for use in animal feed in the US because they make animals grow quicker and make the meat appear pinker (i.e. “fresher”). The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stated these products are safe because they contain organic arsenic, which is less toxic than the other inorganic form, which is a known carcinogen.

The problem is, scientific reports surfaced stating that the organic arsenic could transform into inorganic arsenic, which has been found in elevated levels in supermarket chickens. The inorganic arsenic also contaminates manure where it can eventually migrate into drinking water and may also be causing heightened arsenic levels in US rice.

In 2011, Pfizer announced it would voluntarily stop marketing its arsenic-based feed additive Roxarsone, but there are still several others on the market. Several environmental groups have filed a lawsuit against the FDA calling for their removal from the market. In the European Union, meanwhile, arsenic-based compounds have never been approved as safe for animal feed.

2. Bread with Potassium Bromate

You might not be aware of this, but nearly every time you eat bread in a restaurant or consume a hamburger or hotdog bun you are consuming bromide, as it is commonly used in flours. The use of potassium bromate as an additive to commercial breads and baked goods has been a huge contributor to bromide overload in Western cultures.

Bromated flour is ‘enriched’ with potassium bromate. Commercial baking companies claim it makes the dough more elastic and better able to stand up to bread hooks. However, Pepperidge Farm and other successful companies manage to use only unbromated flour without any of these so-called ‘structural problems.’ Studies have linked potassium bromate to kidney and nervous system damage, thyroid problems, gastrointestinal discomfort, and cancer. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies potassium bromate as a possible carcinogen.

Where it’s banned: Canada, China and the EU

3. Farm-Raised Salmon

If you want to maximize health benefits from fish, you want to steer clear of farmed fish, particularly farmed salmon fed dangerous chemicals. Wild salmon gets its bright pinkish-red color from natural carotenoids in their diet. Farmed salmon, on the other hand, are raised on a wholly unnatural diet of grains (including genetically engineered varieties), plus a concoction of antibiotics and other drugs and chemicals not shown to be safe for humans.

This diet leaves the fish with unappetizing grayish flesh so to compensate, they’re fed synthetic astaxanthin made from petrochemicals, which has not been approved for human consumption and has well known toxicities. Some studies suggest it can potentially damage your eyesight.

4. Flame Retardant Drinks

If you live in the US and drink Mountain Dew and some other citrus-flavored sodas and sports drinks, then you are also getting a dose of a synthetic chemical called brominated vegetable oil (BVO), which was originally patented by chemical companies as a flame retardant.

BVO has been shown to bioaccumulate in human tissue and breast milk, and animal studies have found it causes reproductive and behavioral problems in large doses. Bromine is a central nervous system depressant, and a common endocrine disruptor. It’s part of the halide family, a group of elements that includes fluorine, chlorine and iodine. When ingested, bromine competes for the same receptors that are used to capture iodine. This can lead to iodine deficiency, which can have a very detrimental impact on your health. Bromine toxicity can manifest as skin rashes, acne, loss of appetite, fatigue, and cardiac arrhythmias.

5. Genetically Engineered Papaya

Most Hawaiian papaya is now genetically engineered to be resistant to ringspot virus. Mounting research now shows that animals fed genetically engineered foods, such as corn and soy, suffer a wide range of maladies, including intestinal damage, multiple-organ damage, massive tumors, birth defects, premature death, and near complete sterility by the third generation of offspring. Unfortunately, the gigantic human lab experiment is only about 10 years old, so we are likely decades away from tabulating the human casualties.

6. Milk and Dairy Products Laced with rBGH

Recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) is the largest selling dairy animal drug in America. RBGH is a synthetic version of natural bovine somatotropin (BST), a hormone produced in cows’ pituitary glands. Monsanto developed the recombinant version from genetically engineered E. coli bacteria and markets it under the brand name “Posilac.”

It’s injected into cows to increase milk production, but it is banned in at least 30 other nations because of its dangers to human health, which include an increased risk for colorectal, prostate, and breast cancer by promoting conversion of normal tissue cells into cancerous ones. Non-organic dairy farms frequently have rBGH-injected cows that suffer at least 16 different adverse health conditions, including very high rates of mastitis that contaminate milk with pus and antibiotics.

7. Olestra/Olean

Olestra, aka Olean, created by Procter & Gamble, is a calorie- and cholesterol-free fat substitute used in fat-free snacks like chips and French fries. 8. Preservatives BHA and BHT

BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole) and BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) are commonly used preservatives that can be found in breakfast cereal, nut mixes, chewing gum, butter spread, meat, dehydrated potatoes, and beer, just to name a few. BHA is known to cause cancer in rats, and may be a cancer-causing agent in humans as well. In fact, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services, National Toxicology Program’s 2011 Report on Carcinogens, BHA “is reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen.” It may also trigger allergic reactions and hyperactivity, while BHT can cause organ system toxicity.

Where it’s banned: The UK doesn’t allow BHA in infant foods. BHA and BHT are also banned in parts of the European Union and Japan.

9. Processed Foods Containing Artificial Food Colors and Dyes

More than 3,000 food additives — preservatives, flavorings, colors and other ingredients — are added to US foods, including infant foods and foods targeted to young children. Meanwhile, many of these are banned in other countries, based on research showing toxicity and hazardous health effects, especially with respect to adverse effects on children’s behavior.

In countries where these food colors and dyes are banned, food companies like Kraft employ natural colorants instead, such as paprika extract, beetroot, and annatto. The food blogger and activist Vani Hari, better known as “Food Babe,” recently launched a Change.org petition asking Kraft to remove artificial dyes from American Mac ” Cheese to protect American children from the well-known dangers of these dyes.

Where it’s banned: Norway and Austria. In 2009, the British government advised companies to stop using food dyes by the end of that year. The European Union also requires a warning notice on most foods containing dyes.

10. Ractopamine-Tainted Meat

The beta agonist drug ractopamine (a repartitioning agent that increases protein synthesis) was recruited for livestock use when researchers found that the drug, used in asthma, made mice more muscular. This reduces the overall fat content of the meat. Ractopamine is currently used in about 45 percent of US pigs, 30 percent of ration-fed cattle, and an unknown percentage of turkeys are pumped full of this drug in the days leading up to slaughter. Up to 20 percent of ractopamine remains in the meat you buy from the supermarket, according to veterinarian Michael W. Fox.

Since 1998, more than 1,700 people have been “poisoned” from eating pigs fed the drug, and ractopamine is banned from use in food animals in no less than 160 different countries due to its harmful health effects! Effective February 11, 2013, Russia issued a ban on US meat imports, slated to last until the US agrees to certify that the meat is ractopamine-free. At present, the US does not even test for the presence of this drug in meats sold. In animals, ractopamine is linked to reductions in reproductive function, increase of mastitis in dairy herds, and increased death and disability. It’s also known to affect the human cardiovascular system, and is thought to be responsible for hyperactivity, and may cause chromosomal abnormalities and behavioral changes.

Where it’s banned: 160 countries across Europe, Russia, mainland China and Republic of China (Taiwan)

The Vatican have confirmed that a newly discovered 2,000 year old Bible found in Turkey says that Jesus Christ was not crucified as is commonly believed.




The Bible, which is now being kept in the Ethnography Museum of Ankara, contains the Gospel of Barnabas – one of the forgotten disciples of Christ. The Gospel says the Jesus was not crucified, nor was he the literal son of God – but was actually a Prophet.

Natives-today.com reports: The book also calls Apostle Paul “The Impostor”. The book also claims that Jesus ascended to heaven alive, and that Judas Iscariot was crucified in his place.

A report by The National Turk says that the Bible was seized from a gang of smugglers in a Mediterranean-area operation. The report states the gang was charged with smuggling antiquities, illegal excavations, and the possession of explosives. According to reports, experts and religious authorities in Tehram insist that the book is original. The book itself is written with gold lettering, onto loosely-tied leather in Aramaic, the language of Jesus Christ. The text maintains a vision similar to Islam, contradicting the New Testament’s teachings of Christianity. Jesus also foresees the coming of the Prophet Muhammad, who would found Islam 700 years later.
It is believed that, during the Council of Nicea, the Catholic Church hand-picked the gospels that form the Bible as we know it today; omitting the Gospel of Barnabas (among many others) in favor of the four canonical gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Many biblical texts have begun to surface over time, including those of the Dead Sea and Gnostic Gospels; but this book especially, seems to worry the Vatican.



What does this mean to Christian-derived religions and their followers? Quite a tight spot. The Vatican has asked Turkish authorities to let them examine the contents of the book within the Church. Now that the book has been found, will they come to accept the it and its evidence? Will they deny it altogether? Call it a “Muslim lie”, as did the “Truth” Magazine, in 2000? To many, this book is a beacon of hope, that believers soon realize that the object of their adoration is arbitrary; and that all text, especially religious text, is subject to interpretation.

What does this mean to atheists/agnostics/secular thinkers? Not much… Is the text real? Fake? Does it matter? Not really… But hopefully, this news inspires the religious to ask questions, instead of pointing fingers or believing anything blindly. Please, don’t go poking fun or tossing around the “I told you so!”s. The biggest danger of faith is when people believe what they want to believe, defending against any and all evidence; especially when that evidence revolutionizes their foundation from the ground up. And the biggest culprit to that danger is the ego trap: rejecting/criticizing others, for being unlike you.

1. Newcastle Brown Ale

The Newcastle beer has been found to contain caramel coloring. Class 3 and 4 caramel coloring is made from ammonia, which is classified as a carcinogen. However, more added carcinogens will have the opposite effect. “The one and only” beer with extra cancer causing qualities.

I used to love Corona’s commercials. They were so peaceful and relaxing. That is until I found out that the beer contains GMO Corn Syrup and Propylene Glycol. Propylene Glycol is controversial, and is said to may be potentially harmful to your health.

This is another very popular beer in America that contains GMOs. Miller Lite contains GMO corn and corn syrup. It’s “GMO time”.

5. Michelob Ultra
Less popular but still readily available Michelob beer, should be eliminated from your choices. This beer has been found to contain a genetically modified sweetener (GMO dextrose).

6. Guinness
Guinness is often praised for it’s smoothness. However, several investigations proved that Guinness ingredients are quite disturbing. The beer contains isinglass, an ingredient which comes from fish bladder and high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup has been long banned from many stores and drinks.

So when it comes to beer you have to be very careful. Your best option is to find a microbrewery that you can trust. As with everything, try to avoid cheap, low-quality products. Bars may offer Coors Light, Miller Lite or Budweiser specials, but they are cheap for a reason. The rest of the world is banning GMOs everywhere, while USA is lagging years behind, and only several states offer GMO labeling laws. Try to stay away from any American beers. Choose organic beer. Beers that contain 100% organic labels, have to have ingredients that are all 100% organic. While an “organic” label just means 95% of it will be organic. European beer is most likely to be safe from GMO ingredients but unfortunately, most other beer contains GMO artificial ingredients, stabilizers, grains and preservatives, plus, HFCS.
